Father and Son team, Kevin and Philip Van Aken,

Meet The Team
Kevin Van Aken
Kevin Van Aken is President of Van Aken Property Group LLC
and the Principal Broker of VA Realty & Management.
Enlisting into the United States Army in 1980, Kevin served as a flight engineer for four years before pursuing a path as a pilot, ultimately becoming a Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CWO 3) and an instructor pilot for the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter.
Some of his most notable assignments include the transport of key officials, such as Generals William Westmoreland and Colin Powell, highlighting the trust and confidence placed in his abilities by military leadership.
After retiring with over 20 years of service, Kevin channeled his disciplined work ethic and leadership skills into the real estate industry, obtaining his license in 2000 and his Broker license in 2004.
Kevin served as the Principal Broker of Keller Williams Realty, where he also excelled as the CEO/Team Leader for over eight years.
Whether flying high in the skies or navigating the complexities of the housing market, his career is underpinned by a steadfast dedication to integrity and trustworthiness.
Philip Van Aken
Philip Van Aken is Vice President of Van Aken Property Group LLC and a licensed Realtor® at VA Realty & Management.
Originally licensed in 2006 and a member of the Clarksville community for over 35 years, his strong roots and deep understanding of the area make Philip well-equipped to assist clients in navigating the ever-changing housing landscape.
Known for his wit and humor, Philip brings a unique and enjoyable energy to the real estate process, and his engaging personality makes working with him a pleasure.
His family is his pride and joy, and his warmth
